Refund
Within 7 days after receipt of the order the buyer has the right to refuse it without explanation.
If the goods are of good quality and the buyer has no claims to us – all shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If the goods are of improper quality, defective or do not correspond to what is indicated in the receipt – all shipping costs are paid by us.

Exchange
The customer has the right to exchange the purchased shoes of proper quality for a similar product, if they do not fit the size. This right is retained by the buyer for 7 days after receipt of the goods. The exchange is made for the same model in the same color. The exchange can be made only once. In case the desired size is out of stock – we will refund the money.
- Order Canceling
You can cancel the order within 12 hours after payment – further exchange can be made only upon receipt of goods, as the order is in the status of processing.
