01 Standard Refund (Changed your mind)

You have the right to refuse and return your order within 7 days after receiving it, without any explanation.

If the goods are of good quality and you simply changed your mind or the size didn't fit, shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Condition Rules (Strict):

ACCEPTED
The shoes are in perfect, unworn condition. You tried them on indoors, realized they don't fit, and packed them back exactly as received with all original tags attached and the branded packaging fully intact.
REJECTED
The shoes are in perfect condition, but you cut off the branded tag, or threw away/ripped the original packaging bag. (By law, items cannot be returned if their original presentation, consumer properties, or factory labels are compromised).

02 Defective Item Refund

If you received an item of improper quality, it arrived defective, or it does not correspond to what is indicated in your receipt.

In this case, all shipping costs are paid by us.

ACCEPTED
Defective shoes can be returned in any condition. For example, if you wore the shoes outside and the sole unexpectedly detached after a few days, or if we accidentally shipped you the wrong model.

03 Exchange Policy

If the purchased shoes are of proper quality but do not fit your size, you have the right to exchange them within 7 days after receipt.

  • The exchange is made strictly for the same model in the same color.
  • The item must meet the strict "Condition Rules" outlined in Section 01 (tags and packaging intact).
  • If your desired size is currently out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

04 Order Cancellation

You can easily cancel your order for a full refund until it is shipped.

Why can't I cancel after shipping?
Because our delivery is international. Once a package is handed over to logistics, it cannot be intercepted or returned mid-transit. Failure to receive the goods does not guarantee their return to us. You must receive the goods first, and then initiate a standard return process.
