Example: If your foot is 25 cm (9.8"), according to the table you should take size 40, and the insole will be 26.5 - 27 cm (10.4 - 10.6").

1. Do not wash your shoes in a washing machine, just wipe them with a soft cloth to clean them. Laces and insoles can be washed in a washing machine.
2. Use the shoes on flat surfaces and in urban environments. On uneven and abrasive surfaces, as well as in conditions of high humidity and extremely low and very high temperatures, the shoes will quickly become unusable.
3. Use the shoes for everyday use only, our shoes are not suitable for sports or other activities.
